Jay Sankey is a globally respected marketer, brand strategist, teacher, author and speaker.

With over 24 million YouTube views and more than 500,000 social media followers Jay has been called an ‘engagement guru’, a ‘natural-born marketer’ and a ‘multimedia master.’

For his 11th birthday, Jay received a toy magic set and it sparked a life-long fascination with the psychology of belief, communication theory, the art of presentation and the question, “Why do people believe what they believe?”

By the time Jay was 18, he was touring the world presenting talks on the art of illusion, misinformation, and persuasive communication in the United States, Canada, Britain, Europe, Australia and Japan.

After graduating from the University of Toronto with a degree in psychology, Jay worked in an advertising agency creating everything from؎print ads, radio campaigns and direct mailers to television spots and outdoor media.

Over the past 30 years since then, Jay has consulted and helped ‘boost the believability’ of 100+ brands ranging from small, boutique businesses, to multinational companies like Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Club Med and Toyota.

Jay has also originated many influential marketing principles, including his SUV System[TM], F2F Approach [TM], Mythic Appeal Marketing [TM] and G.I.F.T. Philosophy [TM].

As a speaker, Jay has presented more than 500 talks and seminars in Canada, United States, England, Germany, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Spain, Australia and Japan.

His talks have been translated into 6 languages and included topics such as personal branding, fan-to-fan marketing, the psychology of belief, the power of authenticity, natural creativity, the principles of persuasive communication and the techniques of outstanding public
speaking.

Jay has appeared on dozens of television talk shows and been featured on CNN, TSN, CBC, CTV, BRAVO, NHK (JAPAN).

And as an author, Jay has written books on human psychology, persuasive communication, stand-up comedy, acting and the art of illusion, including books published by Routledge Press in New York.
